This year’s tournament proceeds will go to charities and the RBCPA contingency fund for future pickleball court expansion.
Registration is $40 + $15 per division entered – included in your registration is a long sleeve dri-fit shirt with the new RBCPA logo (i.e. If you are only entering one event then the cost would be $55; if you are entering two events then the cost would be $70.)
Each division play time will be confirmed after April 30th.

It will be a round robin format with a single elimination playoff round. There will be a guarantee of a minimum of 4 games (3 round robin games and one playoff). There will be a maximum of 16 teams in each category skill level – maximum of 4 on the waitlist. A requirement of entering is that you find your own doubles partner. Both team players names must be provided at the time of registration.
The tournament director reserves the right to review, and possibly change the entered skill level of teams based on the number and quality of team in each category skill level. You will be advised of this in advance

Tournament Registration:
March 11th to April 7th | $40 + $15 per division and includes a dri-fit shirt with new RBCPA logo. |
April 7th to April 28th | $40 + $15 per division – no shirt. (Shirt ordering deadline missed). |

Each partner should email registration and payment individually, as we will require the shirt size for each player.
The body of the email must contain the following:
–Your Full Name.
– The division or divisions you are registering for and the Full Name of your partner for each division.
– Size for your long sleeve dri-fit shirt.

- E-transfer payment must be received within 48 hours of providing the registration email. Registration is not complete until we receive both team player names and the full team payment.
- Full refunds will be provided if you withdraw your registration by no later than April 10th, 2023. After April 10th, no refunds will be provided.
