This will be RBCPA’s 4th Annual Tournament Series and this year’s proceeds will go to the RBCPA contingency fund for future pickleball court expansion.
We are excited about adding 5 new divisions this year:
• Women’s Doubles 3.25
• Women’s Doubles Seniors 3.75+
• Mixed Doubles Seniors 3.5
• Mixed Doubles Seniors 4.0+
• Men’s Doubles 3.0
NOTE: A member will qualify as a “Senior” if they turn 55 sometime in 2025 – born in 1970 or earlier.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to review and change player/teams and divisions in which teams have registered based on the number and quality of teams in each category skill level. Ideally members should be finding similarly rated players to register in the appropriate event.
Registration is $40 per division, per player entered. A doubles team would require each partner to e-Transfer $40 – A member entered into two different divisions would pay $80.
Each division play time will be confirmed after April 30th.

Tournament Format:
Round robin format with games up to 15 points.
• Doubles will use regular scoring.
• Singles will use rally point scoring.
A guarantee of a minimum of 3 games.
In each division there will be either 8, 10 or 16 teams.
• For 8 or 10 teams in a division, only the top 4 teams will make the playoffs.
• For 16 teams in a division, the top 8 teams will will make the playoffs.
• Playoff games are up to 15 points.

Tournament Payment:

- E-transfer payment must be received within 24 hours of providing the registration email. Registration is not complete until we receive both team player names and the full team payment.
- Full refunds will be provided if you withdraw your registration by no later than April 10th, 2025. After April 10th, no refunds will be provided.
